Pastor Sheldon Smith

Pastor Smith was born and raised in Augusta, Kansas. While in high school, he began to attend Temple Baptist Church in El Dorado, KS where he met his future wife Rachel. After high school, God led Pastor Smith to attend Heartland Baptist Bible College.

Pastor and Mrs. Rachel were married in July 2013 after they graduated college. Two weeks later, they moved down to Carrollton, TX to serve on staff at Central Park Baptist Church as the Youth Pastor and Children's Pastor.

In November 2018, Victory Baptist Church voted to extend the call to Bro. Sheldon to be their Pastor and he accepted. They moved up in January 2019 and are very excited to see what God will do here in Marysville!
